Farrah Ramdayal – Howard is a partner at SSR Law Office. She is an experienced Elder Law Attorney focusing on complex Medicaid planning, Estate Planning and Probate matters. Farrah has been selected by Super Lawyers magazine, for the last six consecutive years, as one of the top attorneys in Michigan. In 2015 Corp Magazine awarded Farrah with two awards, “Most Valuable Millennial” and “Overall Winner” in Michigan.
Farrah is currently the President of the Macomb County Bar Association and has been an active member of the Macomb County Probate Bar Association for over a decade. She is a Macomb County Bar Foundation Trustee and deeply values the relationships she has made with her fellow colleagues within her local community.
Farrah sits on the Board of the Financial and Estate Planning Council of Macomb (FEPCOM) and she is a past President of the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan (Macomb Region). Farrah also sat on the Character and Fitness Board for the State of Michigan for several years. She sits on the philanthropy board for the Church of Christ and is a Board member for the Village of East Harbor community.
Farrah earned her Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Toronto; she went on to receive her Law Clerks of Ontario Certificate from Humber College Institute. She then attended the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law where she received her law degree.
Ms. Ramdayal enjoys golfing, traveling and spending her time with family.

"I found myself responsible for handling the financial matters for my 91 year old mother and father-in-law. He was a veteran with limited income that was attempting to qualify for Aid and Assistance benefits. The sale of their home could disqualify him from receiving the benefits if the monies were not handled properly. Farrah Ramdayal did an outstanding job of setting up an Irrevocable Trust, Durable Power of Attorney, and a formal Designation of Patient Advocate for my in-laws. She led me through the handling of their deaths. With her assistance we were able to avoid going through Probate Court.
