Erin R. Solaiman (Erin Randall) serves as a senior partner at SSR LAW, specializing in Elder Law, Medicaid, Estate Planning, Probate/Trust Administration, and Veteran’s Benefits, backed by a wealth of experience.

Prior to establishing SSRL LAW, Erin earned her Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University (GO GREEN!) and graduated cum laude with a Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. During her law school journey, she was selected to work with the Family Law Assistance Program, where she dedicated herself to representing low-income individuals dealing with divorce, custody, parenting time, paternity, child support, guardianship, and domestic personal protection orders. This hands-on experience, working under the guidance of another attorney, provided her with invaluable real-world exposure, enabling her to engage with clients, navigate courtrooms, argue motions, and resolve cases, all before her graduation.

In her final year of law school, Erin interned with an Elder Law Firm, a pivotal experience that ignited her passion for this legal field. Since then, she has focused exclusively on Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Probate, where she dedicates her expertise to representing individuals and families, guiding them through challenging times. Erin takes pride in developing personalized plans tailored to each client’s unique situation, emphasizing the importance of getting to know them.

Erin’s commitment to excellence is underscored by her recognition in Michigan Super Lawyers magazine for the past eight consecutive years, where she ranks among the top 2.5% of attorneys in Michigan. Actively engaged in the legal community, she is a member of the Macomb County Bar Association, Macomb County Probate Bar Association, and serves as a Trustee of the Macomb County Bar Foundation. Additionally, she is a member of the Women Lawyers Association – Macomb Region.

Life is great!   Being with SSR LAW allows my family the flexibility that we need raising two children, and spending our summers on Lake St. Clair together with our dogs, Molly and Titan.  I cherish the time spent with my family and the opportunity I get to make a positive difference in the lives of our clients at SSR Law.
